Contact our flat-roof solar team
Send us a quick message about your flat roof and we respond within one working day, every working day.
What happens after you get in touch
- Step 1 — we reply within one working day to arrange a free desk feasibility from your roof drawings and half-hourly consumption data. No obligation, no hard sell.
- Step 2 — a named surveyor visits your site to check the deck, the membrane and its remaining life, the wind zone and any shading, and to confirm whether the roof can carry an array. You deal with the same surveyor throughout, not a call centre.
- Step 3 — you receive an itemised, fixed-price proposal with the wind-uplift and structural design, the DNO position, the self-consumption model and the payback set out in full — and an honest view if your roof does not suit solar.
What to tell us about your roof
The more you can tell us up front, the faster we can give you a useful answer. Helpful details include the building type and use, the rough roof area and membrane type if you know it (single-ply, felt, EPDM, GRP or concrete), the roof's age and condition, whether the deck is metal, concrete or timber, and your annual electricity spend or a recent bill. None of it is essential — we can work from a postcode and a rough size — but it lets us size a ballasted or lightweight system and flag any deck-load or membrane questions before we visit. There is no obligation at any stage, and we will tell you honestly if solar is not right for your roof.
